***For the purpose of this policy, Black Knife Stone Works will be referred to as BKSW.

For Arrowheads, Knives, Displays or Jewelry made by Black Knife:

In the event your item arrives damaged or broken in transit then BKSW will issue a full refund once photos are provided. Email photos to blackknifestoneworks@gmail.com.

In the event your item arrives and you decide you do not like it or feel it does not serve the purpose of your purchase then BKSW will issue a full refund of the purchase price once the item has been shipped back. Buyer pays return shipping.

For Digital Downloads:

Digital downloads are files that are emailed to the customer once the purchase is made. Due to the nature of these items no refund will be accepted, except in the instance of a mistake on the part of BKSW i.e. attached the wrong file, wrong size etc. A refund will be issued in this case after BKSW has checked the listing and rectified the mistake. At this point the correct file will be offered and if refused a refund will be issued.

Print on Demand Items

Print on Demand items are items that are printed and shipped from a third party printing/shipping company i.e. Printify. No refunds will be accepted on these items except in the case of an error in the printing of the design on said item. Returns will not be accepted based on wrong sizing, item does not fit, etc. Ensure you enter the correct sizing information before purchase. Photographic evidence of the print error will be required and can be provided to blackknifestoneworks@gmail.com
